How to Measure for Your New Cover

When measuring your spa for a new spa cover, there is one important thing to remember: IT HAS TO BE LARGE ENOUGH TO FIT!

Measuring Spa Cover Dimensions, A & B

The first thing to make note of is where the fold is. The “A” measurement is always cut in half by the fold. So, the first measurement is straight across the fold, that’s your “A” measurement.  The next measurement is the “B” measurement. Simply measure from the outside of your old cover to the other side and that’s your “B” measurement.

Skirt Length

This is the height of the acrylic lip. This will determine the cover’s skirt length.

Radius Corners

Use a Square, Ruler or Tape Measure to square the radius corner. The measurement from the beginning of the curve to the corner is the radius.

IMPORTANT: If in doubt, a slightly smaller radius will slightly over hang the spa while a larger radius will not cover the spa completely.
